I am so happy you found us! We hope this website and all of our social platforms are filled with useful information for you and we hope you give us the opportunity to protect your home!

As Co-founder I have been in your shoes, filled with excitement, leaving the lawyer's office and taking that selfie by our new front door; but that quickly faded away in just a few short weeks. Don't let my nightmare become yours! Owning a home is an incredible achievement. You've saved up for years to get to this point, and just like that almost all your money is gone overnight! We've all heard horror stories about new homeowners who just moved in to find out the home they bought isn't the diamond in the rough they thought it would be.

As the co-founder of this company I know first hand this nightmare all too well! Within the first few weeks of owning my home I had a sewer cleaning company come out three times .... $1,500 GONE! On the start of our 3rd week in the home we found out our sewer line had collapsed underground ... and there went the beautiful landscaping we fell in love with and the perfectly placed dogwood tree - right over our main sewer line - $8,500 GONE! Three weeks in and we were already in credit card debt!

Joe

Meet Joe, our co-founder, President, and Chief Financial Officer. He's an accomplished individual with a rich background.

Joe earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Molloy College in 2008. He's a licensed Certified Public Accountant and spent several years working at a prestigious New York City accounting firm. However, his true passion has always been in construction.

From a young age, Joe's love for building was evident. He used to ask Santa Claus for tools to create lawn furniture for his neighbors. His genuine desire to make people happy is one of his defining qualities; he'd even give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Joe is a family man, happily married with two daughters. He cherishes quality time with loved ones, enjoys vacations, cross-country road trips, and poolside relaxation with friends and family.

With over two decades of experience in the home remodeling industry, Joe is the driving force behind our success. He not only owns a thriving renovation company that he built from the ground up but has also purchased, rehabilitated, and sold numerous homes on Long Island as part of his real estate investment ventures. Joe's profound knowledge in business administration, warranty administration, management, and customer service is truly unmatched. We're fortunate to have him on board!

Nick

Meet Nick, our co-founder, Vice President, and Chief Operations Officer. He's a remarkable individual with a diverse background.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. John's University in 2016. His professional journey led him through various roles, including working for a prominent Solar Roofing company on Long Island, contributing to an electrical contracting firm, and serving as a project manager for a renovation company. But Nick's real passion was in realizing his dream of owning a successful company, which he has done with great success and continued growth.

Family is of utmost importance to Nick, who is happily married with a son and daughter. He finds joy in spending quality time with his loved ones, indulging in activities like fishing, plane-watching, and unwinding with friends while watching Sunday Football.

Nick's infectious personality, perpetual smile, and exceptional attention to detail make him a favorite among customers and employees alike. He strives for perfection with every endeavor.

With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial renovations, Nick's expertise spans electrical diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and renovations. His close collaboration with various contractors and extensive knowledge of home repair make him an indispensable asset to our company.

As our COO, Nick is responsible for establishing and overseeing the policies and procedures that guide our organization. In business, it's often said that "the tone at the top is what everyone in the company will emulate," and we're fortunate to have a leader like Nick setting that tone for us.

Steve

Meet Steve, the older brother of Nick, our co-founder, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of our company. Steve's path to success is as impressive as it is inspiring.

After graduating from high school, Steve pursued his passion by becoming a union plumber. Before long, he took the bold step of starting his own plumbing business, a decision that has propelled him to the thriving position he holds today, over 15 years later.

Steve's unyielding determination and drive have been pivotal in running his plumbing service business for more than a decade. He's had extensive interactions with thousands of customers, numerous property management companies, and warranty companies, further enriching his knowledge in this field.

Married with two daughters and a son, family is at the heart of Steve's life. He takes pride in attending his daughters' cheerleading tournaments, spending quality time with his youngest son, and indulging in vacations in sunny Florida. His downtime often involves fishing and relaxing on the couch while watching true crime documentaries, a testament to his strong work ethic and unyielding energy.

Steve embodies the essence of a hard worker, never one to turn down an opportunity to take on an extra job, regardless of the day or time. It's simply in his nature; he can't sit still.

Steve's quick decision-making abilities, unwavering "can-do" attitude, and decades of experience as a business owner have uniquely prepared him for the role of our Vice President and Chief Executive Officer. We're proud to have him lead our team.
