What does your Company offer?
The Warranty Guys offers a variety of Home Warranty Plans that can cover your home’s most integral systems such as your Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical systems and more!
What is a Home Warranty Protection Plan?
The simple answer is it’s a monthly payment that allows for your home’s pipes, wires, equipment and systems to be completely covered from expensive repairs or replacements, all under one umbrella. A Home Warranty Protection Plan is the only way to combine local skilled professionals, background-checked technicians, 24/7 Emergency Hotline, unparalleled customer service, instant bookings and so many other features all under one umbrella. But it’s more than that, it is the only way to gain the peace of mind of having all of your expensive repairs and equipment covered with one low monthly payment. Our coverage is transparent and there are no hidden surprises.
Why would someone want to or need to purchase this?
Our customers will tell you that the peace of mind gained from having this plan is second-to-none. Knowing that all of your most expensive, unexpected repair or replacement bills are covered is worth every penny. They’ll tell you that the value they receive far outweighs the costs incurred. This is also a fantastic product for rental properties, landlords or other property managers - knowing that one call will offer quick, and expert care for their homes and investment properties.
How is this different then my Homeowners’ Insurance Policy?
A Homeowner’s Insurance Policy does not cover any of what these products cover. In fact, our Protection Plans are there to fill the gap between what Homeowner’s Insurance will cover and what you are left to pay for, and these are items that are commonly overlooked by homeowners.
Why wouldn’t I just call a plumber when something comes up?
If a problem pops up unexpectedly and you’re able to contact a plumber, lucky enough to have that plumber come out the same day and they’re able to fix your issue same day then consider yourself lucky - because that doesn’t happen every time. If you’re able to do this for a plumber, electrician, heating technician, cooling technician, and every other type of skilled tradesman you may need at a moments’ notice then your ten times luckier, but at the end of all that - you’ll still be stuck with an invoice to pay, often times with an emergency response fee, and those bills won’t be cheap. We take all of that guess-work out of the equation, and we take the unexpected invoice out of the equation too!
Are there any long-term contracts to commit to?
There are absolutely no long-term commitments or contracts, and all of our terms and conditions are transparently displayed on our website for your review BEFORE you purchase. Our Company was founded on being transparent, simple and with NO surprises.
Are there different types of plans?
Yes, there are two major differences in our plans. One set of protection plans will require a $100 service fee each time a service call is made to your home. This helps keep to reduce the monthly payment and overall cost if you don’t anticipate having to use many service calls throughout the year. Our other plan does not require any service fee, has a slightly higher monthly payment but protects you even further, regardless of how many service calls you make per year.
If I wanted Total Protection for my house, what do I need to do?
Complete Total Home Protection Plan without any service fee would cost $100 per month, with discounts available for pre-paying quarterly, or annually.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy, fast and pain-free. Simply go to the Plans page on our website, choose the plan(s) that you want to enroll in, add them to your cart and checkout as you normally would. Within 24 hours you will receive your welcome packet in your e-mail, and you are officially enrolled! It really is that easy. Alternatively, you can contact us at (888) 343-2695 and we can take your information over the phone to get you enrolled.
What are some of the most expensive items that your plans cover?
The most expensive items that are covered would be underground sewer and water line repairs and replacements which start in the thousands! We also offer pro-rated replacement values for large equipment such as your heating system, cooling system and hot water heaters. Finally, we cover drain line replacements for pipes inside your home that can quickly become costly, rising to the thousands.
Are there any deductibles, other fees or any max-out limits?
No, our Company was founded on being transparent. You can find all of the coverage details in our Terms & Conditions on our website.
Let’s say my main sewer is clogged, or the roots grew threw it, does this plan cover for that?
Yes, absolutely!
Let’s say my main electrical service gets pulled off in a wind storm, does this plan cover for something like that?
Yes, absolutely!
What about tune-ups for my AC & Heating Systems?
Yes, with the Complete Home Warranty Protection Plan you will receive two tune-ups per year, included at no cost!
What about the bigger equipment in my house like my boiler, hot water heater or air conditioner, what does your plan cover for those?
Yes, these are covered too! We will repair all components on these systems and even offer pro-rated replacement values toward new units.
I see you mention pro-rated replacement values on your website, tell me more about how that works?
Our plans offer pro-rated replacement values to help in the event your units need replacing. For example, a standard Hot Water Boiler System costs about $5,000 and should last about 20 years, but let’s say your unit is deemed to be beyond repair and ready for replacement after only 10 years - if you are enrolled in our plan then your plan will award you a $2,500 value (10 out of 20 years) toward your new system!
What about in the midnight hours, if something goes wrong, how long does it take for someone to get to me?
Our policies offer 24/7 Emergency Hotline, with guaranteed same-day service for critical emergencies.
When you mention trusted professional partners or service providers, what does that mean?
This means that ALL of our service providers, employees or technicians that will enter your home have gone through a full criminal background check, full drug screening, extensive competency tests and constant reviews to ensure that all of your experiences are with honest, hard-working, skilled tradesmen in their field. We also pride ourselves on keeping a 5-star rating on all of our service calls. If you have not received 5-star service we promise to make it right immediately
What are these VIP add-on plans for? Why do I need to buy additional coverages? Are they really necessary?
After reviewing your terms and conditions you will find that there are some limitations to coverage beyond the system repairs that are being made, for example sheetrock, painting, etc. after the repairs are made. These VIP Add-On plans help to extend your coverage to minimize out-of-pocket costs to restore your home.
Does your Company require any home inspection before becoming covered?
No! There are no need for home inspections prior to becoming covered!
